Nicholas is a middle distance coach and founder of Apex Athletics. He competed collegiately at SUNY Oswego in the 800m. Upon graduation in 2015, he moved to and began coaching in Honolulu, Hawaii at the high school level. Nicholas has been producing state qualifiers and state finalists each year since. He specializes in mid distance and long distance training.
You as the athlete will have full access to the training staff. We will work together to create a customized training plan based on your personal goals and current ability. We will meet weekly to discuss the course of training and make any necessary adjustments. We will offer feedback on workouts and help create strategies for upcoming races.
